A Valid International Drivers License (for the appropriate class of vehicle in this case Land Rovers, not necessary for non-driving passengers)

Lesotho has the highest average altitude of all the countries in Africa, this means that malaria, bilharzia and other diseases normally associated with Africa do not occur in Lesotho.

The area known as the Wild Coast has a sub-tropical climate and is free of malaria and other tropical diseases.
